It’s a new year! Which means we will be running several offers throughout the next few months! Within January we have discounted our ‘Get into’ sessions, with a huge range of days they are offered. If you decide to book either the ‘Intro To Bouldering’ or ‘Intro To Climbing’ in one of our evening slots you can get 25% off and if you can take some time during the day for one of these sessions you get a awesome 50% off!
Codes for these sessions are the following:
Within our shop we are running some package deals on shoes, chalk bags, and chalk. The Package deals are below and are ony purchasable in the building!
Alongside these package deals we have LOADS of items in the shop up for Sale! From Bouldering Pads, to selected shoes (as cheap as £25!) and selected clothing! All while stocks last and only purchaseable in the shop on site!
“The idea to run a women’s social climb came about after chatting to a few of our newer female climbers who had just discovered the sport but found themselves without anyone to enjoy it with! We want to create an inclusive space where female climbers of all abilities and experience can meet up and have a zero pressure climb.” – Katie Crew Member
It will be running on Friday evenings from 7pm – 9pm, starting on 10th Jan. This will not be a coaching session – see our monthly Ladies night for more info on that – but you will still need to book online or at reception and pay your normal day price. Katie and Steph will be there each week and if that’s not enough incentive then there will also be a free tea for anyone that wants to relax afterwards! We really hope that this will be a chilled way for women to connect and climb together – hopefully see you there!

Classes are back! We have been sorting out a new calendar with the new improved and dedicated studio area. Kate’s Classes are back on the calendar and we will continue to add several more once we have confirmation from our freelance instructors! Lewie from Climbing Physio is also going to start providing a mobility and movement class, perfect for a preclimb warm up or post climb cool down (because we all know we should be doing that). Keep an eye out on the Yoga Page for when sessions are added!
Round 2 of the WBL went down a treat just after Xmas and Boxing Day! Everyone was itching to get climbing and burn off some of those Christmas Calories.
Definitely, a few blocs which are ‘projectable’, but there’s nothing wrong with being shut down by some hard problems! Full write up of the comp can be found here.
Its that time of year again were Highballers venture up into the Scottish Wilderness. Dates have been confirmed for this years trip, they are 22nd Feb to 1st March!
If you’re interested in potentially coming along please talk to reception who will pass on details to Mike or email email@example.com with the subject ‘Highball Scottish Winter Trip 2020’.
